- You are participating on this platform consciously and voluntarily.

Account Registration and Management
Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
- A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive the bonus.

Weekly Cashback
Cashback is available every week based on VIP level:
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.

General Bonus Rules
- Each user may use any bonus offer only once, unless stated otherwise.

Gaming Rules

Betting Rules
- No bet may be changed after it has been finalized.
- Funds for bets cancelled due to technical errors will be refunded.
- In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the funds for that bet will be refunded.
- z7bd reserves the right to void bets if evidence of match-fixing or manipulation is found.
Fair Play Policy
- All games are operated by certified random number generators (RNG).
- The use of bots, automation software, or any cheating tools is prohibited.
- Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes will result in the permanent closure of the account.
- Collusion with other users is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
Warning: Involvement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure, all balances may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken.

- Creating more than one account or managing an account in someone else's name.

Technical Issues
Loss caused by internet disconnection, server maintenance, or unexpected technical errors.
Third Parties
Loss caused by disruptions to mobile banking services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) or game providers.
Gaming Losses
Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming activity. Gaming carries risk and both winning and losing are possible.
Maximum Liability Cap: Under any circumstances, z7bd's total legal liability will not exceed the total amount you deposited in the relevant month.
Account Closure & Termination
Closure at the User's Request
You may request to close your account at any time. In this case:
- You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance.
- Pending bonuses will be cancelled.
- You may self-exclude as part of responsible gaming.
Closure at z7bd's Initiative
z7bd reserves the right to close an account for the following reasons:
- Violation of these terms.

- Failure to verify age.
- Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
